Does He Know?

As I mentioned in an earlier Blog, A video about Rob came to my attention last week (see RoBasket case below) and I went to several different blogs to hear what people were saying about it. The one thing that really caught my attention was several comments made about the way Rob looks directly into the camera and the effect it has on his fans. Someone asked, and I quote, “Do you think he knows what he’s doing when he looks directly into the camera like that? Do you think he realizes what it does to us? The effect he has on us when he does that?” The replies were instantaneous, absolute and abundantly to the positive that, “YES he knows exactly what he’s doing and he does it intentionally just to drive us wild.” end quote.

 

It made me smile to think that he did so intentionally but I instantly disagreed with everyone else. I didn’t think so then and I still don’t.

"How You Doin'?"

Many things have fascinated me over the years, among them handwriting analysis, discerning body language and basically the way the mind works in extreme circumstances. Since I don’t have a sample of his handwriting to examine (my preference of the three) that leaves me with the other two. Rob is self effacing, respectful, courteous, kind, and patient. It’s pretty obvious to everyone that Rob is easily embarrassed, bashful and shy. Yet he’s found himself, quite unexpectedly, not only in the lime-light but the very heart of a massive fan base. Not just a teenage fan base brought on by the popularity of a teen novel made into an award winning movie series but girls as young as three and, I know for a fact, women into their seventies. His fan base far exceeds anyone’s expectations or even wildest imaginations.

 

 Rob has been quoted as saying that he’s thought about giving up acting, that the screaming fans are frightening and sound like the gates of hell! LMAO@ that.

 

 

 I imagine 6,000 + Squeeeeing women and girls would be quite frightening. He’s also admitted he doesn’t understand the fuss over him.

 

Anyway, (*deep breath* *Try to concentrate* he’s so Adorable and sexy) If you watch the multitude of interviews and appearances that I have where Rob is just being himself, you see little tell-tale signs that give him away. The thumb biting, nervous and self-conscience. Blushing, Duh, embarrassed. Wringing or fidgeting with his hands, again nervous. Sucking in his cheeks trying not to laugh is a sign of his disbelief that all this is happening to him. I think as well that running his hands constantly through his hair is not Just a means to keep his hair out of his eyes (because he does it with short hair too) but an unconcious habit of protecting himself, the equivalent of crossing your arms over your chest in an uncomfortable situation.

 

Embarrassed and Self protective.

Sexy? Definitely. nervous habit? more than likely.

 

Again, very sexy but intentional? Don’ think so…

The fact that he stares directly at the camera, I think, comes from his modeling. I mean in some cases that is a requirement of the shoot, right?

 

There are other things, believe me, I could go on and on but I won’t. In short it’s simple observation and comes down to one very simple fact: For someone to have the effect on the female population in the way that Rob does and Intentionally do something to egg them on they would have to be pretty friggin’ arrogant to do so. We all know Rob is too shy, humble and bashful to even consider that he could have that effect on people. (I’m sure he’s aware of it but he doesn’t accept it as being because of Him.) As he said in the video (he still believes) it’s the Edward character they are reacting to and not Rob Pattinson. Oh how wrong you are on that one Rob!

Rome Rob! There is No Cure!

Well, once again I’m asking, “Am I nuts or is it just Rob’s innate ability to be so F**k Hawt awesome that it’s driving me crazy? I mean SRSLY, What is it about Rome Rob? Can you explain it? Cause I sure as hell can’t! I didn’t even like Rome Rob at first. I know right? WTF was I thinking? Even after I admitted I was Robsessed, they were my least favorite pics of him. Now, I cannot look at a picture of Rome Rob and not stare at him for long periods of time. I can’t look at a picture of Rome Rob and not smile so big that my eyes disappear! I can’t look at a pic of Rome Rob without Having to take a deep shuddering breath (always assuming of course that I remember to breathe at all!) I can’t look at a picture of Rome Rob and not bite my lip to keep the *squueee* from escaping. I cannot look at a picture of Rome Rob and not trip into the deepest part of the Robgutter! Why? Can you explain it?

From Adorkable to Mr. Sex~on~Legs in 2.5 seconds!!

 I mean compare those Rome Rob pictures to the WFE pics, He’s Stunningly gorgeous in WFE, Short hair, clean cut, clean shaven, well dressed (for the time period) and despite having worked around animals all day you can just imagine that he probably smells *sigh* Wonderful. Those beautiful blue-gray eyes just suck you in and hold you captivated. All that combined makes him Hawt as hell. Then, there’s Rome Rob (damn him!) Wildly, messy, grungy hair, unshaven, clothes all rumply and askew, kinda looks like he’s been on a three day sex orgy/drunk. He has this look in his eyes like he’s about to devour you or like he is thinking about doing things that would make a ho blush and STILL manages to come off at times as adorkable and vulnerable!

Lord Help Me!!!

 Come on Rob, WTF? Just weeks before Rome you looked like a very nice, handsome, polite, innocent, bashful, (and yet somehow still incredibly sexy) young man on his way to the top with the approval of every mother on earth and then you hit Rome. What did you do step off the plane and into a puddle of puberty and sex appeal? Suddenly you’ve got every woman on the planet, (whether they want to admit it or not) fantasizing about what she would like to do to you and with you. Even if they were fantasizing about you Before Rome I can pretty much guarantee those fantasies went into maximum over-drive the moment you landed in Rome. In three days you went from handsome young star to sexiest man alive! Or Mr. Sex on legs as I’ve heard just recently.

 

 Even when you left Rome and your appearance changed yet again, you somehow managed to keep that very alluring, sex eyes, sexy pout, (full of forbidden promises) sex appeal and you’ve carried it with you ever since. The really Terriffic and amazing part about the whole damn scenario is that you seem completely unaware of it, still bashful and disbelieving when people mention it to you. Which in turn makes you all that much more appealing to the masses. You are without a doubt the most confusing, mind-boggling, nerve-racking, incredibly talented, always inspiring, undeniably sexy, continuously thrilling, stunningly, inhumanly, Beautiful man (inside and out) that I have ever encountered in my entire life. Whatever you do Rob, Don’t ever change!

Complete ROBasket Case!!

After my blogger friend Maggie was sweet enough to post a link to the awesomest (is that a word? It is now.) video in the world of Rob, and after I watched it 50 times, (Sooo NOT exaggerating) I went to see what others had to say about it.

 

 But first, The Video!!! “Oh la la la”

 

 

 

 Some things people had to say were no surprise to me. They commented on the crotch shots, on the shot where he’s taking off his jacket. They commented on Rome Rob with his thumb in his mouth, and the “follow me” nod that he gives. They talked about how he knows exactly what he’s doing to us when he looks directly into the camera with “THAT” (sexeyes) look. (I wonder about that though,  but that’s another blog on another day.)

 

Of course there were comments about the “irresistable” smile and the “always sexy” hands in the hair moments. But here’s the thing, there are things in that video that Rob does, subtle, little things that just “curl my toes” for lack of a better expression, that were not mentioned anywhere. I just wondered if it was just me? Do other women find these thing sexy too? or is it that no one else has noticed these things? Or is it simply that there is sooo much awesomness rolled up into this one man it simply is impossible to mention them all? (I’m leaning toward the latter of course *with a hopeful expression that I haven’t totally lost my mind*)

 

 Doesn’t anyone else notice these things? Do these things drive anyone else wild? The “things that just curl my toes” are things like, the growl at the very beginning, the one raised eyebrow and the lip bite at 0:19-0:21, the trying not to laugh and sucking in his cheeks to prevent it 1:04 and the wave that follows immediately after, the f**k hawt look at 1:12-1:20. that face at 2:08-2:10, when he takes his thumb out of his mouth and then sucks in his lower lip, the tongue in the cheek followed by the mouth open look, the biting his lower lip and raising both eyebrows, and whatever he’s doing at 2:32 is just f**k Hawt!

 

 The little dance move he does at 2:42 thru 2:46 (God help me, imagining Rob dancing is just WAY TOO MUCH)  and the look at 3:06 and the look and the hand rub from 3:15 to 3:20, Oh God! I’ve completely dissected this video. I need help!

 

 Ya know what, *head in my hands and shaking it in defeat* I give up! Just F**king forget it, cuz I’m a Robasket case! Everything he does is F**K HAWT and I’m completely Robsessed, Drowning in all that is Robert Pattinson and absolutely helpless to stop it, nor do I want to. It’s a fabulous way to go! If this is insanity then bring it on baby!
